Delivery Policy
Delivery Standards
Piscopo Gardens takes every precaution to ensure orders are delivered in pristine condition. Our team endeavours to deliver directly to the recipient. However, in locations such as offices, hospitals, or public areas where direct delivery may not be feasible, the flowers will be handed over to a designated individual. Customers must ensure delivery to the intended recipient is possible or nominate an alternative recipient.
If delivering to a residence and the recipient is unavailable, the flowers may be left with a neighbour if they agree to accept them.
While we aim to maintain an element of surprise, we may contact the recipient if necessary to obtain directions or clarify delivery details.
Accurate Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information in the order form. Piscopo Gardens will not be held responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information.
Delivery Timing Requests
While we strive to accommodate requests for specific delivery times, we cannot guarantee them due to logistical constraints. Customers may specify a preferred delivery time in the comments section of the order form, and we will do our best to honour it.
Delivery is available during business hours:
- Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays): 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- For same-day deliveries, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM. On peak trading days, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, extended hours may apply, but delivery times may be delayed due to high demand.
