How can I order flowers?
You can order flowers from our online shop or our flower shop at Piscopo Gardens Burmarrad, Malta. Whether for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, new babies, thank you, I’m sorry, get well, special occasions, business gatherings, or just to surprise your loved ones, we have a large assortment of flower bouquets and arrangements. We offer flower delivery to any location in Malta and Gozo.
Is it possible to schedule my order in advance?
You can place your order in advance through our online shop. You will be able to select your preferred delivery or pick-up date. This will ensure we have the necessary flowers, which our florists will freshly prepare for the designated day.
- We deliver Monday to Saturday between 08:00 – 14:00. For same day delivery, order before 12:00 noon.
- We DO NOT do same day delivery on Saturday (you can order on any other day and schedule delivery for Saturday)
- NO deliveries on Sundays or public holidays
Can I send flowers to Malta?
Yes, our flowers can be delivered to any area in Malta.
- We deliver Monday to Saturday between 08:00 – 14:00. For same day delivery, order before 12:00 noon.
- We DO NOT do same day delivery on Saturday (you can order on any other day and schedule delivery for Saturday)
- NO deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays
Can I send flowers to Gozo?
Yes, our flowers can be delivered to any area in Gozo from Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. There will be extra delivery charges due to ferry costs.
Can I have same day delivery service?
If the order is confirmed before 12:00 noon, flowers can be delivered the same day. On typical workdays, please allow a minimum of six operating hours for deliveries. A longer preparation period will be needed for orders placed on holidays like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Women’s Day. We do not have same-day delivery on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries to Gozo cannot be made the same day.

When will my flowers be delivered?
Our flowers are delivered fresh on the day you specify when placing your purchase. While we will try our best to accommodate your request, we are under no obligation to do so. On special events like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, etc., we will not guarantee a fixed delivery time. We reserve the right to use the contact information you supply in your order to get in touch with the recipient to organise the delivery.

Can the flowers be delivered at a specific time?
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a given time, even though we make every effort to fulfil all client demands. We will try our best to deliver within a reasonable timeframe if a customer specifies a delivery time in their purchase, but we are not required to meet that time. However, we offer express delivery services, the cost of which depends on the delivery address. Please contact us directly to arrange for this service.

What about the delivery fee?
Since some clients would rather pick up the flowers personally, we do not include the cost of delivery in the arrangement price for the sake of transparency. When a client places an order and chooses the delivery option, a delivery fee is added to the total cost.
Ferry charges will be incurred for Gozo delivery.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, BOV Mobile Pay ( +356 99139240 ) or also by direct Bank transfer. Payment will be made at the time of purchase. If, for whatever reason there is a problem with payment authorization, a member of our customer care team will contact you for further instructions and information. Clients paying by Bank Transfer / BOV Mobile pay need to quote either their client account number ED BL0001 or Invoice Number or both in order to facilitate the payment validation process.
We will only confirm your order once payment has been received. Therefore, to prevent any delays in completing your transaction, be sure to finish your payment as soon as possible. Orders that are not paid for are immediately terminated within a few hours.

Can I customise my order?
Yes, you can customise your flower order to suit your needs. Please contact us on 7758 5805 or through Facebook Messenger (Flowers by Piscopo Gardens) and we will be happy to assist you.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the flowers in the photo?
Please remember that each arrangement is unique and made with fresh, in-season blooms, even though we do our best to make arrangements that closely resemble the photo. We will replace an item of comparable style and value if the one shown is not available for any reason.
Can I send other gifts with my flowers?
You may add additional gifts such as a box of chocolates, wine, balloons or a scented candle to your flower delivery to make it even more delightful. You can also opt to have our gorgeous flower arrangements in a hatbox, adding even more elegance and style to the flower gift.
Can I add a message with my flower order?
Yes, we recommend that you add a message and your name. Each product on our online shop gives you the option to add a note which we will hand-write with your order. Unless the sender’s name is indicated in this field, the recipient will not be informed of the sender’s name.
Is it possible to send flowers to someone in hospital or a care home?
Trust us to express your warmest regards and make your loved one’s day with a lovely bouquet We deliver flowers to care homes and hospitals in Malta and Gozo – just place your order easily online and provide us with the recipient’s name, hospital name, ward and bed number if possible. Please note that we are not allowed to deliver fresh flowers to Mater Dei’s Oncology Department. Please note that we are not allowed to deliver fresh flowers to Mater Dei’s oncology department.

Mother’s Day: our collection features a wide range of fresh and stunning flower arrangements, including roses, gerberas, carnations, peonies, hydrangeas, sunflowers and more. Place your order early to ensure timely delivery to your mum, grandma, wife or special woman in your life.
Valentine’s Day: Create an unforgettable experience for your loved someone on Valentine’s Day – our flowers are accompanied by lovely extras like chocolates, wines, scented candles, teddy bears, and more. Order online for a memorable Valentine’s Day.
What is the Plant-a-Month subscription?
With Plant-a-Month you can choose to gift a handpicked fresh plant which is delivered to a person of your choice. Every plant will be gift wrapped and delivered with a care card.
We will need your contact details as well as the contact details of the person who will be receiving the plant. The subscription costs:
- Tier 1: €295 for 12 months
- Tier 2: €175 for 6 months
- Tier 3: €95 for 3 months
Kindly let us know which subscription tier you would like to opt for. We will also need to know if you would prefer mostly indoor or outdoor plants (does the person have an outside space or should we focus mostly on indoor plants?) and if the person is a beginner or an experienced green-fingers.

The plant sent to the recipient is final and cannot be chosen or changed.
The delivered plant depends on seasonality and availability.
Full subscription will be delivered monthly to one address.
The subscription includes free delivery of a plant every month to an address in Malta, to ground floor. Ferry charges will apply for delivery to Gozo.
The plant will be sent regularly – our Delivery Hub personnel will be in touch with the recipient to arrange date and time of delivery.
Payment for the subscription must be settled on confirmation.
