If a customer is dissatisfied with the received product or wishes to return it, a replacement will be provided upon return of the original product. A full refund will be issued if a replacement is not required.

Substitution Policy

Piscopo Gardens endeavours to deliver flower arrangements as depicted on the website. However, due to seasonal availability and other constraints, substitutions may be necessary to avoid delays. Substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall design and aesthetics of the arrangement remain consistent.

If substitutions are not acceptable, customers are advised to confirm the availability of specific flowers before placing an order to avoid disappointment.
