If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

Product Representation

The flower arrangements displayed on our website are indicative only. While Piscopo Gardens strives to deliver arrangements that closely resemble those shown in the pictures, variations may occur due to the availability of flowers or other factors beyond our control.

Perishable Nature of Flowers

Flowers are perishable items. If the recipient or their representative is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered. However, we will make every effort to contact the recipient in advance to confirm delivery details.

Delivery Limitations

Under certain uncontrollable circumstances, delivery of specific items may not be possible. If a delivery cannot be completed due to no fault of the customer, a full refund will be provided.

Claims regarding delivery or product quality must be raised within 24 hours of the delivery or non-delivery. Beyond this period, no claims will be considered other than for a 100% refund of the payment made.

Piscopo Gardens reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. Customers will be notified of such refusals, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

Pricing and Payment

Some products on our website may not display prices. Customers are encouraged to request a quote or pricing information before placing an order. Upon acceptance of the quoted price, payment can be made via our payment page. Delivery costs will be specified on the website.

A confirmation email will be sent upon submission of the order form. Please note that an order will only be processed once full payment is received. Once payment is completed, the order is considered accepted, and a receipt will be issued.

Accurate Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information in the order form. Piscopo Gardens will not be held responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information.

Security

Piscopo Gardens prioritizes the security of your personal and payment details. All transactions are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment service provider, utilizing the latest encryption standards and security technology. Piscopo Gardens does not process, store or share your credit card information.

Promotions & Competitions

Valentine’s Day Competition –

• The promoter is: Piscopo Gardens, Triq Tony Camilleri Burmarrad, SPB 9063, in collaboration with Nenu the Artisan Baker (Valleta & Mgarr).
• The competition is ONLY open to residents of Malta aged 18 years or over. Employees of Piscopo Gardens, Nenu the Artisan Baker and Maypole Group, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition is not eligible to participate.
• The winner of the competition will find a token featuring Nenu the Artisan Baker in a Valentine’s bouquet they purchase from Flowers by Piscopo Gardens. The bouquet will be delivered on Valentine’s Day.
• The winner will receive a voucher for a meal for 2 worth €100 redeemable from Nenu the Artisan Baker outlets in Valletta or Mgarr. This voucher is valid for three (3) months.
• Closing date for entry will be at 20:00 on Friday 14 February 2025. After this, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• The winners will be contacted on Monday 17 February via telephone/mobile. The person will be asked to send visual proof of the token via email / Messenger / WhatsApp.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
• The winners will be notified within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners agree to the use of their name and or social media username and image in any publicity material (mainly social media). Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will only be disclosed for collection of the prize. By sharing their name and details, the winner agrees to these terms.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Piscopo Gardens and not to any other party.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
