Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us as you will be bound by these terms if you place an order on the Website. These terms tell you who we are, how the products are supplied to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. Product Representation
The flower arrangements displayed on our website are indicative only. While Piscopo Gardens strives to deliver arrangements that closely resemble those shown in the pictures, variations may occur due to the availability of flowers or other factors beyond our control.
Perishable Nature of Flowers
Flowers are perishable items. If the recipient or their representative is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered. However, we will make every effort to contact the recipient in advance to confirm delivery details.
Delivery Limitations
Under certain uncontrollable circumstances, delivery of specific items may not be possible. If a delivery cannot be completed due to no fault of the customer, a full refund will be provided.
Claims regarding delivery or product quality must be raised within 24 hours of the delivery or non-delivery. Beyond this period, no claims will be considered other than for a 100% refund of the payment made.
Piscopo Gardens reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. Customers will be notified of such refusals, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
Pricing and Payment
Some products on our website may not display prices. Customers are encouraged to request a quote or pricing information before placing an order. Upon acceptance of the quoted price, payment can be made via our payment page. Delivery costs will be specified on the website.
A confirmation email will be sent upon submission of the order form. Please note that an order will only be processed once full payment is received. Once payment is completed, the order is considered accepted, and a receipt will be issued.
Accurate Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information in the order form. Piscopo Gardens will not be held responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information.
